Top U.S. fixed/mobile operator

Working with the CTO office, we provided a Telco 2.0 strategy and business model alternatives, and surveyed Web 2.0 and Voice 2.0 application providers to shortlist those who could utilize key network assets, exposed by the operator as web services.


International network infrastructure provider

We provided a partnership model for working with innovative Web 2.0 application companies that would drive more demand for their Service Delivery Platform.  In the process we surveyed 450+ applications companies to get to a shortlist of five key application partner opportunities with identified value-add user scenarios, APIs and integration points and most appropriate business model. 


Europe-based telecom web services infrastructure and platform provider

For Aepona we provided a strategy and business model framework to engage more directly with applications companies, surveyed a large number of applications providers and prioritized the key focus categories, sized the addressable market by building a proprietary model and undertook direct business development with the first few of these apps providers.

We provided business case development for fund-raising, product management for both online and mobile video distribution and ROI models for advertising.

We helped the founder complete a Series A round with a top tier venture capital firm. We are serving as chairman of the board and marketing advisor.

We helped to develop a North American marketing strategy and lead the identity, branding and website launch.



A specialized handset developer

For Sonim Technologies, we first identified specific location-based services partners and established relationships for end-to-end enterprise services. Then we developed an all-new investor presentation crisply defining and articulating the company strategy and proof points to support the next round of funding.  Subsequently we provided a process and framework, analysis and data to help the management team reach conclusions about their companion services strategy.  Currently we are executing on one of the market opportunties identified in an interim General Manager role.  We also serve on the company's advisory board.
